With our measuring machine, we are able to
measure manually or CNC controlled all geometrical
elements and calculate in accordance with applicable
DIN / ISO standards and GPS specifications.

The measuring machine software can also
make measurements of the 2D/3D irregular contours
on the basis of a CAD model.

Measurement uncertainty: (2.8 + L/100) microns

Our SPC software allows:
– Control card from P-FMEA
– MSA analysis
– Continuous monitoring of Cp and Cpk
– Data for PPAP and VPC
